Where is my order? Can I change something on my order?
Firstly, UK orders can take 5 business days for delivery and International orders can take up to 21 days for delivery from the dispatch date of your order. We ask you for your patience, and only get in touch if you still haven’t received your order after that amount of time.
Some of you will receive a tracking reference with your order, if you type this in at www.royalmail.com, you should be able to see your orders whereabouts. For our international customers, if you can see that your order has been passed on to your local postal service, the same tracking number can apply if you get in touch with them too.
For any changes to your orders, along with cancellations, refunds and exchanges etc… Please visit the ‘Contact’ section of our website, and you will be able to get in touch with our lovely Customer Service team who will get back to you as soon as they can. Can you bring (insert old product) back?
In order to accommodate for our new ranges, which just keep getting bigger and better, we feel it’s time to discontinue older items. All our available products can be found on our website, and once an item is discontinued we won’t be restocking it, so snap it up whilst you can!
When will this product be back in stock?
If you visit the item’s page on the website, you should be able to find the ‘Out Of Stock?’ tab. If we have a shipment on it’s way to us, the date of when it will be available can be found there. If there are no shipment dates available, it means it will more than likely be at least 6 weeks or so, before it is restocked.

Yes, however please note it is not a retail store, but if you are local to the area and would like to call in to purchase your items we would love to see you.
